Why do I need a Licence?

Rainbow Judo Club

Every individual on the mat at the Rainbow Judo Club needs to hold a BJA Membership Licence.

Beginners are allowed a maximum of 4 initial “taster” sessions, then must obtain a licence.

Once you have a licence, it allows you to take part in the BJA grading system and competitions run by the BJA.

A licence holder will also be covered by Personal Accident Insurance.

REMEMBER: NO LICENCE, NO COVER.

Note: You can obtain a licence form from Head Coach, Eric Salway or Secretary, Joanne Rowcliffe. You can also apply online, using this link to the BJA website. Don’t forget to insert the Rainbow Judo Club membership number, 6009.
